Successful construction projects and satisfied customers result from:

- Well Defined Scope
- Skilled Workers, Qualified Supervision & Capable Management
- Detailed Work Plan & Schedule
- Performance (adherence to the schedule)
- Assurance & Control of Quality
Project Approach
- We apply a strong management approach to every project by bringing the experience of veteran supervision to each phase of the project.
- We maximize production and quality control by self-performing the majority of work using our own continually employed multi-skilled craftsmen.
- We are process oriented, and understand what it takes to check out and start up new facilities, as well as retrofitting into existing systems.
- Our project management and control systems provide interactive tools for our managers to stay up-to-date on project status.
Team Focus
We emphasize the importance of communication within the project team, encouraging problem solving without regard to hierarchy, and including the customer in all decisions. This Team philosophy melds our various specific capabilities, energies, and motivations, so that our group decisions and actions are most accurately “for the good of the project.”
At kick-off, a Team Building meeting can yield:
- Clear definition of common project goals
- Ownership in project decisions
- Establishment of accountability
- Maintenance an open forum for conflict resolution
- Retention of high levels of enthusiasm
- Development of personal and professional relationships
- Quality social time…building better working relationships
Project Organization and Staffing Plan
At project inception, we identify and assemble a highly qualified and experienced construction team from executive management accountability, through project supervision, even including individual craftsmen in the field.
The customer’s point of contact with Inco Services is our Site Superintendent, who along with the home office Project Manager, share full responsibility for achieving the schedule, cost, safety, and quality goals established for the project.
