QualityThe priority of quality is of the highest order at Inco Services, Inc., second only to safety in our corporate resolution. Comprehensive training, and full accountability of executive management, establish throughout our workforce an environment of quality, a total commitment not simply the responsibility of supervisors, but rather second nature to every individual worker.
At Inco Services, we have developed corporate Quality Assurance (QA) measures and Quality Control (QC) procedures, written to exceed generally accepted quality practices throughout the construction industry. We see the tremendous success of our quality program, measured by its value to our customers, and in the end, the enhancement of our profitability – the bottom line. Project-Specific Quality PlanThe objective of each individually developed Project-Specific Quality Plan is to provide supreme confidence that our work is performed in accordance with all contractual obligations including; applicable drawings, specifications and other benchmarks requirements. We define the Project-Specific Quality Plan as a mobilization activity, establishing at the outset the applicability for each job, of our corporate Quality Assurance (QA) measures and Quality Control (QC) procedures. ASME Section VIIIThe Inco Services Quality Control Manual is mandatory for all work within the boundaries of the ASME Section VIII Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Every three years our program is jointly reviewed for acceptance by a representative of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessels and Inco Services’ Authorized Inspection agency, who make recommendations on approval to ASME for our Certificate renewals. This program covers review, inspection, and documentation from initial Engineering/design to construction completion. Inco Services, Inc. holds the following Certificates of Authorization:

Quality Assurance (QA) is a systemic plan to achieve levels of quality and performance described by specification, while Quality Control (QC) encompasses specific steps, or procedures taken, to verify all phases of the work are performed in conformance with the specification.
