7 EFFECT EVAPORATOR SYSTEM - Turnkey installation of a new Andritz evaporator and concentrator system for Smurfit Stone in Florence, SC.

BIO-ENERGY PLANT – Woodhandling facility for Green Circle Bio-Energy pellet plant.

RECYCLE FIBER FACILITY – Turnkey installation for Kimberly Clark in Mobile, Alabama.

COMBUSTION TURBINE GENERATOR INSTALLATION – Installation of 2 simple cycle gas turbine facilities for Siemens at Idaho Power in Mountain Home, Idaho.

WATER TREATMENT FACILITY - Ninth filter addition for Veolia Water/ Tampa Bay Water Authority in Tampa FL.

MULTIPLE UNIT COMBUSTION TURBINE GENERATOR INSTALLATION – We completed the turn-key (engineer/construct) installation of a six set combustion turbine generator project for Siemens Westinghouse at Oglethorpe Power, Talbot County, GA.

PAPER MACHINE DRIVE REPLACEMENT – We completed paper machine drive upgrade (mechanical to VAR AC) for Georgia-Pacific at Cedar Springs, GA. Our work encompassed all field work required to complete the project (civil, structural, mechanical & electrical).

PAPER MACHINE DRIVE UPGRADE – We completed paper machine drive change out (DC to VAR AC) for U. S. Alliance at Coosa Pines, AL. Our work includes structural, mechanical & electrical.

CTG INSTALLATION – We completed turn-key (engineer/construct) installation of a simple cycle plant for Siemens Westinghouse at AECC, Fulton, AR.
SHIP LOAD-OUT FACILITY INSTALLATION - We performed mechanical installation at two ship loading facilities in Mobile, AL (product is cement) and Chesapeake, VA (product is wood chips), including stackers, conveyors, ship loader gantry, and pneumatic conveyor piping.

GAS TURBINE BOILER INSTALLATION - We completed the mechanical installation of gas turbine & boiler and associated ASME piping for GE at Mead Paper, Mahrt, AL.

BOILER/COMBUSTOR INSTALLATION - We completed the heat source mechanical and electrical installation and plant start-up for Langdale Industries at Willacoochee, GA.

AIR SEPARATION PLANTS - We supplied complete field installation for the air reduction plant for Lotepro/Holox at Jefferson, GA (civil, mechanical & electrical), and we’ve completed four for Praxair at; Sherman, TX, Hamilton, MS, Plaquemine, LA and Bushey Park, SC. This work included all equipment installation and piping -- cold box, cryogenic and warm end as well as electrical/instrumentation.

PHARMACEUTICAL PLANT EXPANSION - We completed the entire civil, mechanical and electrical portions of five major product line expansions at Merck Flint River Facility, Albany, GA: Losartan, Crixivan, and Simvastatin 30K, 40K & 60K, and we have completed Administrative Office and Lab Building Expansions.

CHEMICAL PLANT EXPANSION - We performed the entire mechanical portion of Phase II Plant Expansion for UCB Chemicals in North Augusta, SC.

WOODYARD INSTALLATIONS & SATELLITE CHIP MILLS - We supplied the completed civil/mechanical installation of wood yard equipment for Bowater, Calhoun, TN, and we recently completed five new Georgia-Pacific woodyards including Brunswick, GA; Palatka, FL; Port Hudson, LA; Crossett, AR; and Monticello, MS. We have erected several satellite chip mills for both Price Systems and Sunds Defibrator Woodhandling.

PRESSURE FILTER PROJECT - We have installed Kvaerner pressure filter systems in Pineville, LA, Natchez, MS and Columbus, MS.

SOYBEAN OIL PLANT EXPANSION - We performed the civil and mechanical expansion of a soybean oil processing plant for Cargill in Gainesville, GA. The project included work in the crush plant, refinery, and packaging.

PARTICLEBOARD PLANT - We provided complete turn-key installation of a particleboard plant for Temple-Inland in Hope, AR. Our responsibilities included; site work, foundations, mechanical, and electrical installation.

RECYCLE PAPERMILL - We supplied complete mechanical installation of paper machine wet end. Our work included all stock prep equipment and piping for Visy Paper's new recycle mill in Conyers, GA.

FALLING FILM EVAPORATORS - We installed a five effect evaporator system for Alabama River Pulp including condenser, concentrator, and stripping system.

CONCENTRATOR PROJECTS - We have installed several concentrator systems including systems for James River in Berlin, NH, and Mead Paper at Mahrt, AL

BLOWHEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM - We installed a blow heat recovery system for Goslin at Interstate Paper in Riceboro, GA. Our work included all civil, mechanical, tanks, and piping.

EVAPORATOR TUBING REPLACEMENT - We have performed numerous evaporator tubing replacement shutdowns for various paper mills.

TISSUE PRODUCTS MILL - We provided paper machine and various equipment installations at GP Savannah River Mill.

RESIN PLANT – We installed new tank farm including civil and mechanical, and upgraded plant utilities at GP Resins, Savannah.

WASTE TREATMENT PROJECT - We reworked a sewage treatment plant to handle non-hazardous waste for recycling and disposal at Georgia Recovery in Atlanta, GA.

PAPERMILL SHUTDOWNS - We handle numerous shutdowns each year for various mills throughout the United States. We have experience with all phases of paper mill work. Recent customers for major shutdowns include International Paper, Weyerhaeuser, Boise Cascade, Smurfit-Stone Container and Georgia Pacific.
